Guest guest Posted October 21, 2008 Report Share Posted October 21, 2008 To Those It May Concern: I dropped by The Usual Suspects, a cafe/club in the North Beach area of San Francisco, last Friday - mainly to see if the place was open and if I could get a bite to eat there. Though the door was open, the club was closed to the public. I had heard that they were serving some vegan food there at one time and was disappointed to find that they were not open. I met and spoke with the owner, Bob, while I was there. He said he is planning on opening again soon but needs a chef who can cook vegan dishes. So, any vegan chefs who are interested should call him at 415-641-1717. That's all - except I'll add I hope the cafe opens again soon as a good vegan restaurant is always hard to find.
