In fact, per those same ratings, 70% of the best restaurants are in the South Bay! http://www.bayareaveg.org/blog/2008/10/08/south-bay-dominates-ug-top-ten/ It's definitely interesting to see how individual opinions come together and who comes out ahead. There have been some recent discussion about what restaurant to eat at when visiting XYZ city. Some places I would recommend aren't even in the Top Ten.
