Furnished 1 Bedroom apartment in secure building two blocks from Lake Merritt. Apartment has an outdoor patio, open kitchen, in-building laundry, elevator and responsive onsite manager. Rent is $1050, may go up to to $1080 in Jan. Happily use my cookware to make veg*n meals. THis location is great for lake walking, close to Michio Mambo, the PETA office, Grand Lake theater, farmer's market on Saturdays, Whole Foods and Trader Joes's, public transport and casual carpool, downtown Oakland. If you would like to use the covered garage space, we can negotiate parking (as I'll have to find storage for my car). Visitors tell me the apt is big.
