Loving Hut Vegan Restaurant In Palo Alto - Officially Open 10/4

Hi Everyone - I stopped by Loving Hut Restaurant yesterday and spoke

with Sonny who said their official grand opening will be this Saturday,

October 4th. They are located at 165 University Avenue (between High

and Emerson Streets) in Palo Alto. How exciting to have a vegan

restaurant downtown Palo Alto!

HiI ate dinner at the new vegan restaurant Loving Hut in Palo Alto a couple of weeks ago. I was surprised that the menu wasn't the fake meat Chinese food I was expecting it to be. It was good though- lots of fresh salad options, 2 delicious soups of the day. I had the pesto sandwich with seitan and it was very tasty and filling (it could feed 2 people).It is a nice place- worth checking out. They have flan listed on the menu- I will have to try that next time as I've never had vegan flan.
