Help me spread the word about Prop 2 this weekend!

Hi everyone,

With little more than a month until Election Day, now is the time to be getting into action advocating for Prop 2!

I'll be publicizing the Yes on 2 campaign at an arts festival at Dolores Park on Saturday afternoon, and then handing out a ton of flyers outside the Gaints-Dodgers game on Saturday. Can anyone join me? This is very easy, and if you've never done outreach for animals before, I'll train you in how to do it. It'll be fun! The game starts at 6, so I'll want to be there by 5:15 or 5:30 or so, depending on how good it is at Dolores Park, and be there just till the crowd thins, around 6:30 or 7.

Also, the baseball fan I am (yes, it's true) knows that the Sunday Dodgers-Giants game will probably be a sell-out game because it's the final game of the season, and their best pitcher is pitching and may win the Cy Young Award (the award for the league's best pitcher) if he pitches well! Point is (in case you're wondering!), it would be great to have people outside that game handing out flyers too, though I can't be there Sunday. CAN YOU? It's just for an hour, as people walk in.Sunday's game starts at 1, so you should be there from say 12:15-1:15 or so. There will be ~40,000 people, so we'd like to have more than just one person there handing out flyers!

Please let me know if you can join me on Saturday or be there on Sunday -- or both!

We also need people to do phonebanking. Can you go by the office at 939 Market St. and spread the word that way?
