California Coastal Cleanup and Vegan Beach Potluck

Come help clean up Redondo beach (next to Poplar Beach) in Half Moon Bay as part

of the

California Coastal Cleanup Day. Bring along some vegan snacks to share during

the

cleanup. (If you can't make the cleanup, then feel free to join us for the

potluck a little

after 12:00 noon.)

 

After the cleanup we'll wash up and have a potluck vegan picnic on the beach.

Bring

enough vegan food and drink for yourself plus a little more. Reusable containers

and

silverware are always good. Wear layers in case of colder morning temps. This is

a very

good event to carpool to. Let's give it our best shot and help keep our beaches

tidy! Good

for us, surfers, critters and the environment.

DIRECTIONS

From the Peninsula or the City: 101 to 92 West >> South (LEFT) on Highway 1 >>

Go two

miles and turn RIGHT on Redondo Beach Road >> Drive to the end of Redondo Beach

Road

and park in the small lot. It's about 40 minutes from Mountain View to the

beach. 92 West

is the fastest route.
