Trouble donating to reward fund for beaten, shot dog thrown from car?

Hello. Earlier I posted about the starvation, beating, shooting and throwing out of a car about 2 dogs in Oakland.

 

I tried to donate to the reward fund for the animal abuser who shot and threw Lance (the dog who survived) at oaklandanimals, which took me to Paypal, which would have been okay for me, but the link was not working. It kept saying " try again " . I have contacted the Friends of Oakland Animal Shelter about this and when I have more information I will post it.

 

I am also looking for another way to donate to the reward fund/recovery fund. The more time that passes the less likely this person will be caught and that leaves him/her free to torture other dogs. You can also donate via check and a street address is given: FOAS, 1101 29th Avenue, Oakland, CA 94601. Checks should be made out to FOAS. Specify whether you want to help with the reward fund or the recovery fund.

 

There was a press conference just today and Lance has been placed with a foster mom. I think the reward fund contributions are more urgently needed (but this is only my impression).
