, the best person to intern with is Tenzen, he's a very spirtual Tibetan Monk/Chef that works M-F in the mornings (pls double check his hours)

 

Amy I know it's a long commute, but while you're in the area, you can make it into a vegan adventure by checking out all the other vegan restaurants nearby...
