Guest guest Posted August 4, 2008 Report Share Posted August 4, 2008 just wanted to share an experience we had with the usual suspects, sorry this is a bit late and post dated but its a testiment to the owner, his sincere effort and the quality of food we got (vegan russian food) Long story short, we went there the first night he had the three young russian ladies experimenting in the kitchen after the other chefs left. We got amazing authentic russian food, that was vegan. a real experience and quite a delight. We praised their efforts heavily and encouraged them to go with the idea of vegan russian food. we had garlic, eggplant wrap appetizers, beat pie salad (best interpetation is salad they said) and then a soup with bread.
