Come join us to celebrate Independence Day, vegan foods, a day off work, an opportunity to connect with like-minded folks, design a sandcastle, talk about the best leafleting pick-up lines, or just relax at beautiful Montara State Beach. Bay Area Vegetarians' annual Sand-n-Surf Vegan Food Party is only days away

If you're new to the Bay Area, this is a great opportunity to meet some really friendly people & try some great foods. Last year we had about 50 people and a great variety of vegan foods. It's fun for all ages and appetities of all sizes :-)

Everyone is welcome to join us, both veg & non-veg, members, guests, friends, etc. The only requirement is that each person bring a vegan food dish to share. RSVPs are being done via evite so we know how much sand to reserve. For those interested in carpooling, you're welcome to use the evite or better yet, make your own carpool by inviting a bunch of people to join you.
