July 19th: Vegan potluck and improv class

Friends in the Bay Area,The next Vegans for Action meeting will be on Saturday, July 19th at 5:30 pm in downtown Oakland. We will share a vegan potluck dinner at 5:30 pm, followed by a special vegan-themed improv class taught by one of our members who is a long-time student of improvisational acting. Improv-style training can help us keep a positive attitude, connect with people and reduce anxiety when speaking with others about veganism. And it's a lot of fun!
