This Wednesday evening at 6 p.m., enjoy a delicious vegan dinner at

the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St., San Francisco. Following the

dinner, explore case histories of how a vegan diet made a

life-and-death difference, and why veganism will be important in the

coming economic meltdown. There is no admission charge. Donations

are appreciated. Patricia Allen Koot, Nutrition Educator will prepare

the meal and talk about food prep. Presented by Wellness Central.

sounds really neat. i know of some people who's lives were saved by veganism. perhaps someone ought to compile a bunch of their stories, perhaps written by them, and publish a book on the subject!
