I think another interesting tidbit about the East Bay is the number of places that offer a vegan cheese alternative for pizzas. While they're not of course as wonderful as Pizza Plaza (which is the only entirely vegetarian pizzeria in the Bay Area, as far as I know!) there's the Parkway theatres in El Cerrito and Oakland (not heard much about the pizzas there), the Lanesplitter Pizza & Pub locations, Fellini's, and Bobby G's (where Sara J is currently hosting the East Bay letter writing parties)
