COMING TO SAN FRAN: THE DISCERNING BRUTE

 

"A vegan environmentalist for over a decade, Joshua Katcher is the

Brooklyn-based author behind " The Discerning Brute: Fashion, Food and

Etiquette for the Ethically Fabulous Man " , a television producer, vegan

food consultant for Farm Sanctuary, founder of 'Savory & Seed' a

vegan dinner-party catering company, an artist, an activist, and a

hotshot jack-of-all-trades. "

 

I will be in the San Francisco area from Friday, April 4th though

Monday April 7th. I am available for speaking engagements, workshops,

and personal consultations, private lessons, and outings in green

living, vegetarianism and veganism, cooking & baking, and general

lifestyle counseling. I will come to your home, office, or group

meeting spot, and can tailor workshops to meet your specific requests

and needs.

 

I need a place to work when traveling, so if you host me and the

attendees in your (big) kitchen, I'll stay after to make you cookies!
