Guest guest
I really love these things! They are like " shrimps " and called Crumbled Sensation on the menu. Does anyone know whether or not they are homemade or bought from an Asian Store? If they are bought, what brands are they? I went to Ranch 99 today and they seemed to be all out of " vege shrimp " . I would love to be able to have these myself at home. I am in Mountain View. Anyone know where to get the vege shrimp? Thanks! Guest guest
Whenever I've asked the servers at Vegetarian House about the ingredients used in the dishes I've gotten helpful answers. I haven't tried the " shrimp " in Vegetarian House, so I can't compare, but you can find one type at: New Mountain View Market 340 Castro Street Mountain View 94041 Tel. (650) 904-7612 In their tofu section there are many mock animal/fish items. I shop there semimonthly, trying a new item with each visit, and have found some I enjoy.
