Interesting article in NY Times about environmental cost of meat

Hi Everyone,

Here is an interesting article that appeared in the

January 27th edition of the New York Times that speaks

to the environmental cost of meat, and, at times,

alludes to the cruetly of " farming " practices. Looks

like there were also some good follow up letters to

the editor as well.
