Rethinking the Meat Guzzler -- article in NYT

This Sunday in the New York Times on the front of the Week in Review section was

an article

discussing the environmental, health and moral consequences of increasing global

consumption of meat. The Sunday Times has a circulation of 1,654,531. I was

inspired to

know that so many people who might never have thought about their eating habits

might
