Looking for roommates in North Oakland 5 blocks from Ashby BART

We are 2 girls that just found a rad place in North Oakland but need 2

more.

It's a super big 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a big kitchen and lots of

storage space, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, etc.. The rent would be

$650 each. We'd be moving in mid February.

We need to sign the lease within the next week so we need people

pretty soon.

So here's the deal with us. We are rad. You'd like us. At least we

do. We are both vegan and would want a completely vegan household.

We'd be cool with vegetarians, but you'd have to be ok with no animal

products in the house.

One of us is 25. Lady. Straight edge. Loves sewing, baking, riding

bikes, and Phil Ochs. Has a little dog that is the raddest in the

world. Seriously. He goes everywhere. Even on the bikes.

The other of us is 22. Lady. Loves dancing, photography, bikram yoga,

cooking, travel, laughing her ass off, anything coconut and going to

punk shows.

We want a household with people that like to be around eachother. We

dont want roommates that spend all their time in their rooms.

Occasional household dinner and random outings would be neat. We dont

need to be best buds, but open enough with eachother to be able to

talk if anyone has a problem with something going on in the household.

We are laid back but mature so we'd enjoy likeminded roommates. Also

important that you're able to keep communal area's decently clean.

We have to sign the lease within the next few days, so you'd need be

able to put down the deposit this week and move within the next few weeks.
