Guest guest
I'm looking for an interior designer to do space planning and advise me on furniture and rug purchases for my new house. Can any of you recommend a designer who meets any of these criteria? - is veg-friendly - is eco-friendly (i.e. aware of the environmental impact of creating various objects, would recommend choosing used furniture/rugs instead of ordering new ones, etc.) - works on the Peninsula - prefers a natural look, e.g. oiled wood instead of stained or painted I do not wish to hire an interior designer - I'd rather just sit on the floor and look out the window for a few years, and then just buy whatever catches my eye on Craig's List someday. However, it is the only thing my beloved 97 year old grandmother has asked me to do in the last decade. Given that I must, I'd certainly rather hire a designer who's veg- friendly and wants to avoid polluting the air our fellow species have to breathe. I'm sure this group will be full of ideas - thank you in advance!!
