Need Infomration On MALT-Marin Agricultural Land Trust

HI All,

To make a long story short, a local synagogue has formed a "green" group dedicated to helping the planet. Well, their guest speaker is from Marin Agricultural Land Trust, which is not exactly my version of green since they focus on ranching, dairy farms, rabbit meat farms, etc.

I would like to give them another version of the story along with information on how a plant-based diet is the best way to help the planet.

Any ideas?

I have also mentioned to them that I could probably get a speaker to talk with them.
