Hi everyone,

I saw this flyer at Rainbow Grocery.

 

Vegan Cheese Workshop

January 27th at 2pm.

Cost $40.00.

Taught by nutrition educator Patricia Allen Koot.

Demonstrations include block cheese (chedder, mozzerella), melted

cheese sauces, spreadable cheeses, sprinkles, and dip cheeses.

Students will receive a vegan cheese cookbook.
