Guest guest Posted January 4, 2008 Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 Sometimes I think that instead of vegan foods being seen as substitutes for their animal counterparts, in some cases, they are better just being known for what they really are. Here's an example I stumbled across this cooking video. It was for mock chopped liver. Bleah, definitely not appealing to me (even if it is vegan!). Now, if it had said mushroom pate, than that would have been infinitely more appetizing. (Well, if you want the mock liver version, you can find the link below.)
