I ate there when I stayed in Paris this past October, and the food was beautiful. The dining experience is very similar to eating at Juicy Lucy's in SF. Anyway, the reviews on Happy Cow are very mixed, but I would ignore them entirely. This was easily my favorite place to eat in Paris, especially in a city as vegan-hostile as Paris.
