Hi there,

Have you all heard about the new study just released, about veg and

veg-friendly people who run? According to this extremely scientific

website:

People who start to run, eat less or no animal products, and actively

engage in the pursuit of helping the world become a better place will

be happy. Unbelievable stuff, really.

And the best part--hope you're sitting down!--it's not too late to join.

The study was peer reviewed by several of my peers. It was also

glanced at by a Registered Dietitian, a retired teacher, a non-profit

executive, and probably a scientist at some point.
