According to this extremely scientific website: http://veganhealth.org/colleges/run/home#reasonsrun People who start to run, eat less or no animal products, and actively engage in the pursuit of helping the world become a better place will be happy. Unbelievable stuff, really. And the best part--hope you're sitting down!--it's not too late to join. Alex p.s. The study was peer reviewed by several of my peers.
