Did you see this article on the " megatrend " for Vegan Kids? It was

quoted in the newsletter from Bradley Saul's Organic Athlete. The

article talks says that about a million kids in the U.S. are vegan and

another 2 million are vegetarian ... and it mentions the rise in value

of stock-market shares for natural foods companies, as analysis plan

for increased demand for vegan foods.
