Fully-Remodeled 3 Bedroom Unit in Oakland Seeking Veg*n Tenants/Chefs

Sorry for the on-list spam, but I am really hoping to find one, two, or three veg*ns to rent a brand-spanking newly remodeled unit I have available in a Victorian duplex in Downtown Oakland / West Oakland (it's right on the dividing line). The idea of people cooking animals downstairs after I just put in a brand new kitchen and other niceties just kinda turns my stomach. The idea of sharing my house with other veggies, and having possible back yard veg*n cookouts, makes me smile.The place is clean, clean, clean, with just about every last thing having just been replaced, from walls, to cabinets, to appliances. It should be very snug and energy efficient this winter. And, as a bonus, a brand new Whole Foods just opened down the street in late September. Lots of yummy veg food there.The $1500 rent I am currently asking is really a good deal considering the amount of space (3 bedrooms and 2 baths) and the massive
