Seeking Veg*n Roommate for Beachfront Flat on Great Highway

Hello,

 

We have a room available for rent December 1 in our spacious 2-

bedroom flat on the Great Highway.

 

This bedroom has hardwood floors, a window overlooking a big

backyard and large closet for storage. As for size, it has space to

fit a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, shelving unit and desk.

 

The open, eat-in kitchen is recently remodeled with brand new

cabinetry, granite countertops, gas stove and stainless steel

appliances. Our household is vegetarian and vegan – and we usually

bake and cook during the week. The kitchen and living room get

plenty of natural sunlight and breeze throughout the day.

 

The flat has a small bathroom with shower/bath combo and an in-

apartment washer and dryer. There is additional storage in the

garage to pack away a couple boxes - and an available parking space

for an extra $100 a month. Parking on the street is easy; and as for

public transit, the L Line has a stop just 2 blocks away on Taraval

and 46th. The neighborhood (Outer Sunset) is super quiet.

 

A little bit about us: 2 girls, 25 & 29, who work in animal welfare.

We're pretty low-key, enjoy a mellow house and usually spend our

time at home cooking, reading, studying or watching a movie. When

we're away from home, we're usually out exploring the city, playing

at a nearby park or taking a day trip to a new destination. We have

a young but well-behaved Border Collie, so we are looking for a

roommate that likes dogs – and would want to have a new canine

friend.

 

The rent is $875 a month plus utilities with a $1000 security

deposit.
