Rainbow Grocery sells shark cartilege and bovine extract vitamins

It's actually only the food department that is vegetarian. Rainbow is very departmentalized. I used to work there and I actually got them to agree to stop selling shark cartilage. It was a policy that was passed at a meeting in the supplement department but either this one got thru without them noticing or they have forgotten about that policy which was passed about 10 years ago. Next time you are there, you might want to remind them.

Rainbow Grocery sells " remedies " with shark cartilige and bovine

extract. I can no longer call Rainbow a vegetarian grocery store. Next

time you're there, check out the ingredients in the

arthritis/tendonitis/bone-health section of the store. DISGUSTING.
