Guest guest
Hello, I have over 3 years worth of back issues of Veg News collecting dust on my bookcase. Anyone want them? If no takers, they are going in the recycling bin, but I hate to just discard them when someone could benefit from them. They would be a great resource for a new vegetarian or vegan. Email me if you're interested. You can pick them up from my place in Oakland, or if we are both planning on going to an upcoming event, I could bring them along. Thanks, Emily ZiebellEast Bay Animal AdvocatesP.O. Guest guest
> 3 years worth of back issues of Veg News collecting dust I've found that my local freecycle mailing list ( http://freecycle.org ) is a great place to distribute veg books, magazines, etc. Odds are it will reach a non-veg audience. And, in fact, the last time I offered cookbooks, I had multiple people writing and asking for them. So for anyone looking to thin their collection of veg info, try offering them on your local freecycle list, too. Guest guest
veg Patricia G. casually leaves her veggie magazines in her office lounge/cafe area. She's been doing that for several years now. Her coworkers are very interested in the subject matter and actually asks her a lot of veggie questions. You have to be careful on this one, make sure you don't upset your boss on this matter. I think if you work in a hospital with a LARGE lounge area, that would be the BEST place to leave magazines. Or, as someone suggested the waiting area, of a clinic... winnie , " Tammy, BAVeg " <t wrote: > > > 3 years worth of back issues of Veg News collecting dust > > I've found that my local freecycle mailing list ( ht
