There is a vegan baked dessert called "Peach Smiles" that Other Avenues (Judah Street and 45th Avenue, S.F.) sells that is ultra-moist and tasty beyond belief: great flavor, great texture. It is made by Staff of Life, a Santa Cruz company that also produces other delicious baked vegan desserts sold at Other Avenues.

Another yummy vegan treat from Staff of Life Bakery in Santa Cruz is the Vegan Sunflower Cookie. It’s big, flat, chewy, moist and delicious!
