Friend looking for home for 8 miniature hamsters

My neighbor's kid -11 year old Kiana - had two pet hamsters (I think

they are called 'miniature' hamsters?) and had assumed that one was a

boy and the other a girl.

 

Well.. about a week or two ago, they surprised her with a present of 6

babies!

She is desperately looking for a home for the babies (sex unknown),

and the grown male(who is in a seperate enclosure now)

The maximum size the adults grow to is around 4-5 inches long, I think.

 

 

If you want more details, please contact me (veena) and I

will pass on the message. I did not want to post a 11 year old's

contact info on the web..

 

(We live in Pleasant Hill Cohousing, CA - near Walnut Creek - and my

interest in sending this email out it to see that the hamsters get

taken care of)
