Guest guest
PF Changs has only one vegan dish...steamed veggies, no sauce, over rice. UGH. All the " vegetable " sauces are non-vegan. I inquired in Santa Monica recently.
Guest guest
I found the statement that PF Chang's has only one vegan dish very disappointing since I had been there several times and been assured that some of the dishes (besides steamed vegetables and rice) were vegan. I checked their website (http://www.pfchangs.com/cuisine/menu_main.aspx), which lists ingredients for their dishes, with the exception of some of their " secret sauces " . Some of them appear to be vegan. Examples: Spinach Stir Fried with Garlic: Spinach, garlic, salt, sesame oil, white pepper Garlic Snap Peas: Snap peas, sesame oil, garlic, salt, white pepper Vegetarian Ma Po Tofu: Tofu, broccoli, Sichuan peppercorn powder, cornstarch, garlic, sesame oil, green onion, chili paste, spicy Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster Sauce (contains no animal product)* I will ask for assurances if I ever go there again, though.
