say NO to KFC on a postage stamp ...

Hi all

 

Dana brought this alert to the letter writing party on Sunday at MaggieMudd's. As we have been protesting animal cruelty at KFC for the past few years now, and many of you have attended and supported the protests, I thought you'd also want to hear about this.

 

KFC wants to put Colonel Sanders on a postage stamp for their upcoming anniversary. Please take a few minutes to contact the Post Office about this (see the links below) -- write a letter, submit comments through their website, phone or fax them. KFC is out there urging all of its customers to support this, so we need to be vocal as well!

 

Interestingly enough, I searched on 'peta kfc postage stamp' on google, and it wouldn't bring me to an activist alert. I did the same search on goodsearch.com (using Bay Area Vegetarians as the charity, of course) and above was the #1 search result.
