Guest guest Posted August 22, 2007 Report Share Posted August 22, 2007 I just learned from a friend at the Animal Legal Defense Fund that Adidas is lobbying heavily to pass a law (SB880) that will overturn an existing law that bans the import of kangaroo parts. The reason? They want to use kangaroo skin for a new soccer cleat. This is PREPOSTEROUSLY inhumane!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Urge your assembly member to vote no on this bill!
