Guest guest
A friend of mine just returned from visiting family in Mexico, and she made the (easy to make) mistake of falling in love with a homeless puppy. Knowing the puppy would not survive the streets of Mexico, she brought her back--but can't adopt her. I have three pictures of this little angel and she is absolutely adorable. Black lab mix--I'm guessing--about 4 mounths old. Female. She's had all her shots and is very healthy, but is NOT spayed yet and will HAVE TO BE SPAYED! She is all black, short hair, friendly with people and other dogs. She has very gentle eyes and is quite playful. If you know of anyone looking for more love in their lives, please contact me and I'll send you the photos. But please do keep in mind that puppies are not for everyone and this dog won't be adopted to any " impulse " homes. She will need tons of attention, time and gentle training for the next year or so. Annual vet visits, at the very least, more if she gets sick. And naturally she will only go to people who can commit to loving her for her entire life, which could be 18 years. If you have friends who are thinking about adopting a dog (or better yet, two dogs so they have each other!), but they have not experienced dog care, you might suggest they consider fostering for a rescue group or adopting a mellow adult dog at first. There's nothing better than puppy love, but they sure take a lot of energy! Here is a link to proper puppy care for anyone thinking about brining this bundle of soft cuteness into their home (not into their backyard or garage, please): http://helpinganimals.com/animalsHome_dogs.asp Thanks! Alex p.s. Yes, in the photos she has not only has a head tilt (dangerously cute), but her little puppy paw is also lifted for full appreciation of cuteness.
