Bay Area Vegetarians invites you to bring your friends and come join us, or come join us to meet new friends, at Alameda's recently opened vegetarian and mostly vegan restaurant. Central Vegetarian Cuisine 1613 Park Street (between Lincoln and Buena Vista) Alameda, CA 94501 (510) 523-4162. It has an extensive Vietnamese and other Asian specialties vegetarian and vegan menu (92 items not including desserts and drinks) with friendly efficient staff, nicely decorated and lit dining room, and an exceptionally clean restroom. I've had a number of excellent

meals there and look forward to having a shared family style meal ordered off the menu with as many of you as are interested in being part of Bay Area Veg's first trip to an Alameda vegetarian restaurant. Expect your tab to be in the $14-18 range before tip, not inc. drinks/desserts. To insure your spot at the group table(s), please RSVP via direct reply to veganliving , or by going to the event listings page at the Bay Area Vegetarians website. If you reserve a place and then need to cancel, please notify me by 7/27 of your change in plans. Drop-ins are welcome on a space available basis. Sunday July 29 2007 at 6PM.
