Here's the menu: Entree: Quinoa and Pistachio PilafSalad: Spinach Salad with red onions, oranges, and sunflower seeds, with a tarragon vinaigretteDesert: Silken Chocolate Tofu pie with Vanilla Cashew Creme (a vegan alternative to whipped cream) Many people are aware that dogs and cats can be clicker trained. Did you know rabbits also can learn bunny tricks through clicker training? Many behavior issues are also remedied through the positive reinforcement method of clicker training. Space is very limited, so an RSVP with non refundable $50 deposit is required. When: Saturday, July 14 from 10:30 am to 4:30 pmCost: $100 for the day and... We'll supply Dr. Harvey, clickers to take home, a light, vegan lunch for humans, free admission to our Summer party and loving rescued bunnies on which to practice your clicker training skills. You'll then be experienced to show your own bunny who's the boss (in a fun and loving way of course! Please add $20 if you'd like to bring your bunny. We will make a comfy space with yummy greens for him or her to hang out while you play at our Summer party! PART TWO! "Cocktails For Cottontails" Party! Saturday, July 14, 2007 4:30pm - 7:30pm Please join us for an early summer evening garden party featuring decadent and delectable homemade (vegan-safe), appetizers desserts, selected cocktails and wine. In addition to fine food and drink, there will be an exhibit/sale of highly collectible rabbit plates from Royal Doulton, Wedgwood, Royal Copenhagen, the Bradford Exchange (Vivi Crandall's Bunny Tales) and others. Vintage and very hard to find pieces from Roseville Pottery, Arthur Court, Dedham Pottery, Sylvac, and many others will be displayed and available for purchase.
