Great veg outreach at SF Pride!

Hi folks,

 

I had emailed last month for volunteers for veg outreach at Pride with Bay Area Vegetarians. At our 4th of July Vegan Food party, a couple of folks asked me how that went. For anyone who missed our recent newsletter, it went really well -- we had nearly two dozen volunteers and distributed over 10,000 pieces of literature (primarily Try Vegan, Even if You Like Meat, and Vegetarian Starter Kits).

Thanks to everyone who helped us at Pride. And for those looking to be more involved, please email me - we are coordinating to have a veg presence at concerts, fairs, etc. this summer throughout the Bay Area.
