Guest guest
I would like to use more seitan in my cooking. A friend used to make seitan " nuggets " (which were then used in a dish with other ingredients) with a recipe that went something like this: You start with seitan flour. Add vegetable broth and a few other ingredients to it and knead it well. Then, you break off chunks of this dough and bake it in the oven for a few minutes. They came out chewy and tasty, and were used in recipes like fake " meat " . Does anyone have a recipe for making such seitan nuggets? The only ones I've found online involve boiling the dough in a broth, and it doesn't sound too appealing to me. Ajay
