Looking for a pet-friendly cottage rental in Mountain View/Los Altos area

Hello folks,

 

I was just turned down for a wonderful cottage rental because of my cats. The landlords did consider us but in the end opted to go with another applicant who did not have pets, despite my excellent credit...

 

If anyone is renting out a cottage-type place in the Mountain View or Los Altos area or somewhere within that vicinity (I will also consider Sunnyvale, Campbell, Los Gatos and some parts of San Jose), this month or within the next couple of months, and is willing to take me (a 33 year-old vegan female social worker) and my wonderful, well-behaved indoor only cats, can you please let me know? Or if you know of someone who is, please send their info my way. I can discuss my price range off-list.
