Just a reminder about the BAVEG Food For Thought Book Club meeting this Sunday for Ingrid Newkird's Free the Animals

The time for this meeting is 11:30 so we can enjoy the all-you-can-eat vegan and macrobiotic buffet at Manzanita ($13.50).
