Please tell meat eating Environmentalist how harmful meat is

Hey Folks,

 

A woman by the name of Zem Joaquin is a regular guest on KFOG radio station. She basically comes on as a spokesperson for environmental issues. She generally talks about ways people can help the environment and then answers questions. She often encourages people to eat organic meat and doesn't seem to have a problem with any issues surrounding organic meat such as methane gas contributing to global warming.
