Administrative Assistant

Marin based non-profit animal rescue organization seeks an on-site, part time administrative assistant to work closely with the Executive Director in administering the day to day operations of the organization. Applicant should be creative and strategic thinker and possess strong verbal and organizational skills, current working knowledge of Excel, Word and Access and love animals. Supervisory experience with teens and volunteers a plus. Job requires four hours per day up to five days per week (may include some weekends). Own car is required. Animal Care Worker

Marin based non-profit animal rescue organization seeks a part time animal care worker to provide daily care and maintenance for shelter animals. Applicant will be required to clean cages and shelter facility, feed and water animals and provide grooming as needed. Applicant must love animals. Job requires four hours per day with applicant choosing to work a minimum of two days per week or a maximum of five days per week (work could include at least one day on weekends).
