Guest guest
Hello, Friday, I found a new place in Castro Street one door down from Amarin Thai called 3TA Fushion Cuisine. I was drawn in by fully seperate posted vegetarian menu, and that it offered items not useally in veg places. My meal was pricey, but beautifully presented and great. I dined on Mango Tofu Spring Rolls, Somosas & Panko Crusted Tofu in Tamarin Sauce with a side of coconut rice. As a vegan it was wonderful to stumble upon this restaurant and not have to go throught the usual litany of questions(does this have shrimp paste, what is the stock in this, etc). Mountain View is growing rapidly and it is heartening to see that the influx of tech people is also driving restuarants to offer more vegetarian and vegan friendly options. If you have not recently walked Castro, or tried the new Veg dim sum place off El Camino and Bernardo, then you will be pleasantly suprised to see how the South Bay is shaping up. Bon Appetit.
