Hi folks Just a heads-up that Animal Place is having a vegan cooking class this upcoming Saturday.

You'll learn how to prepare delicious dishes with tofu. The menu includes creamy garlic dip, marinated sesame tofu spinach salad, sweet and sour tofu over bed of balsamic rice and delicious chocolate tofu cream pie with vanilla topping. They advise to come to class hungry! :-)
