We now have Gardein available daily, and the employees (including me, of course) love it! We also have soy cheese pizza, and I think we're getting some vegan burgers soon that are better than Boca. If anyone on this list works for a medium to large organization and wants to help do the same with your cafeteria, let me know. Or you can just connect VegAdvantage with your cafeteria chef directly. Now that global warming is becoming a real concern and many companies wanting to show they are doing their part to help here, and the UN report on Livestocks Long Shadow came out last year, I find people more receptive to adpoting a meat-free diet for environmental reasons.
