From a mystical/holistic approach, becoming a vegetarian helps to

become a more healthy person, as exercise does help too, but they are

not the only factors.

I sometimes hear about people complaining about getting older and

having problems when aging.

The last time I went to the doctor was over 15 years ago and as I get

older, the healthier I get. Most of my friends that also practice

similar practices like mine, are also in excellent health even if they

approach being 40, 50, 60 or 70 years old.

I am just going to share some of this simple holistic approach:

1. Have a positive attitude. Research has proven that our minds play

a vital roll in our health and our environment (quantum physics, the

movie The Secret)- visualize health/harmony around you and the planet.

2. Only eat at peaceful times, like a communion (common union) between

the plants and you.

3. Every day try to align your Chakras with the universe, with mother

nature or with God.

4. Also align the 3 natural energies that flow in your body, one that

comes from mother earth (blue), the next one the one that comes from

the universe (white), and the other one the result of your thoughts

and the center of your micro-cosmos (you) of golden light. For

references see some of the Chi Kung teachings.

5. Align other centers of stored energy in your body (condensers)

to become in harmony with the universe. For references see Kabbalah

teachings.

6. Meditate daily at least 5/10 minutes a day, for references see

perhaps transcendental meditation.

7. Love all beings with all of your hearth, beginning with yourself,

you can't give what you don't have.

Peace

Rafael
