Hello Allison

 

The key to staying warm is to exercise and build up your muscles. Take

up running and get some light weights and when you feel cold in your

house do some weight lifting. This will warm you right up. Also

push-ups will warm you up too, and can be done anywhere. To cut down on

heating bills I use these techniques to stay warm in the winter. Don't

worry about looking like a bulked up body builder, it ain't going to

happen, unless that is what you are going for.
