All I can say is YUM.

 

Well, no, maybe I can say more: Eggplant, rich tomato sauce, fresh

basil leaves, and their vegan " notta ricotta " on top. Baked and served

so hot it was still sizzling and bubbling. Best thing I've eaten in

days. I recommend it. (Nine dollars and change, includes a side salad.)
