Announcing the first meeting of SFBAVEG's new Ahimsa Book Club

The newest chapter of the SFBAVEG book clubs, Ahimsa

Book Club. will be meeting later this month. We would

by J.M. Coetzee (who won the Nobel Prize for

Literature in 2003)

PS I found a used copy. If you're also looking to save

money and trees by buying used, you may want to try a

used bookstore like Green Apple Books (415.387.2272)

in the Inner Richmond, Dog Eared Books (415-282-1901)

in the Mission, or one of many other fine used book

stores in the city. If you prefer new books, I suggest

you try Books Inc (4 locations in the city I believe),

Black Oak Books (415-564-0877) in the Inner Sunset, or

another small independent bookstore.
